Our Phoenix, Arizona campus will provide you with every opportunity to build your flight time quickly with a consistent flight training environment, plenty of available airspace, and hundreds of students to ensure you have every opportunity to obtain your hours.

Why relocate to Arizona? We understand relocating can be difficult, but investing in your future career is important and AeroGuard is prepared to help you get your hours and establish your career.

  • Oregon’s weather is unpredictable with frequent rain and cloud cover, resulting in your flights getting canceled and keeping you from building your hours. Arizona is known for its clear skies and ideal weather conditions all year and AeroGuard has 90+ planes to ensure you’re spending most of your time in the sky.
  • Oregon also has limited networking opportunities for aspiring pilots. Arizona’s aviation environment encompasses endless opportunities for flight instructors to not only build their hours, but to establish valuable connections with others in the industry that will support them in their future careers.

We are seeking flight instructors who are passionate about teaching the next generation of pilots and eager to advance their own professional careers. AeroGuard’s Flight Instructors are offered full-time salaried positions with benefits, including 401k and Health Insurance. Your pay won’t depend on the hours you spend in the sky or the availability of planes, and you can be confident that you’ll build your hours quickly.
