  • Oregon’s weather is unpredictable with frequent rain and cloud cover, resulting in your flights getting canceled and keeping you from building your hours. Arizona is known for its clear skies and ideal weather conditions all year and AeroGuard has 90+ planes to ensure you’re spending most of your time in the sky.
  • Oregon also has limited networking opportunities for aspiring pilots. Arizona’s aviation environment encompasses endless opportunities for flight instructors to not only build their hours, but to establish valuable connections with others in the industry that will support them in their future careers.

We are seeking flight instructors who are passionate about teaching the next generation of pilots and eager to advance their own professional careers. AeroGuard’s Flight Instructors are offered full-time salaried positions with benefits, including 401k and Health Insurance.
